What is your target client market? Our PRIMARY market segment is the small business community. Those companies that do not require a full time IT person on staff. In general, we provide service for businesses with between 1 – 25 computers and no more than 3 servers in a location / store. Each prospective client will be evaluated individually to determine if our services are a “good fit” for the client. Back to TopDo you service HOME computers? We do not provide service for HOME computers unless you are an existing business client. We DO service HOME OFFICES, and we provide support for the HOME computers of those who have us service their business needs. Back to TopDo you work on APPLE equipment?Sorry. We do not provide support for APPLE computers. If you have one or two APPLE computers as part of a larger business network that is predominately PCs, we will integrate them into your network for file sharing and printing purposes, but that is all. Back to TopHow quickly can you help me?We strive to provide SAME DAY service. Response time is dependent on our workload, and the severity of the problem. We prioritize our client requests on the basis of several criteria, which may move you up or down the list. Here are SOME of the criteria we use: Dead servers take precedence over individual computers Back to TopCan I pay a fee to move to the top of the service list? No. We do not feel that this is FAIR to the rest of our clients. Our business is built on LONG TERM client relationships, not a FAST BUCK. If you have a TRUE emergency, you will be moved up in priority on the service list, but we do not allow people to “Buy their way to the front of the line”. Back to TopDo you repair printers? We do not repair printers ourselves. We have vendors that we work with to provide printer repairs (either on-site, or depot). If a printer is under warranty, we recommend contacting the manufacturer for warranty service (we can do this for you if needed). If a printer is old enough to be out of warranty, it is generally better to replace it than repair it. Repair costs often exceed replacement costs. It is only economical to repair expensive laser or color laser units in most cases. Back to TopDo you provide Depot service?Yes. We will come to your location, pickup the equipment, and return the serviced equipment to your location. We also re-integrate the repaired equipment with your existing network upon return. You must provide us with any software CDs and key codes required for servicing your machine. Back to Top
| Do you provide On Site repairs? Our PRIMARY business is to provide On Site service. We come to your location and work on your problems there. However, in some cases, it is more economical for us to provide DEPOT service to you. If a particular repair requires diagnostics or installation processes that involve a lot of waiting around, we can do this less expensively by taking your equipment to our shop where we can work on other clients during those waiting periods (and thus not bill you for the time we would spend waiting if we did the process at your location). Do you provide software training? It is impossible for us to be experts on the huge variety of software available today. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase training from a firm that specializes in the particular package that you have an interest in. We can show you some simple things to get you started (such as how to send an e-mail message), but we cannot answer detailed and intricate questions (such as how to create templates and macros). I have more than one location / store. Will you work with me? Sure. Multiple locations / stores are not a problem. We will be happy to support each of your locations and connectivity between them. That does not fit our definition of a large client. When we say we don’t want to work with large clients, we mean large organizations like American Express or Petsmart. That is not to say that these are bad companies, just that their sheer size and corporate culture makes it difficult for a small company to do business with them. What areas of town do you cover? Our normal coverage area includes Chandler, Tempe and Downtown Phoenix Specifically, North of Riggs Road, West of Gilbert Road, East of the 51 Freeway and South of Thomas Road. Areas beyond those boundaries may incur a travel charge. Talk to us. Service area decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. If you have multiple locations and ONE of them is outside the service area, we will probably cover it. Have a full day of work for us in Tolleson? We will probably cover it. Can you move my data and programs to a new computer? We can copy your data (spreadsheets, word processing, e-mail) to your new machine. Any programs you have will have to be re-installed from their original CDs, and may require upgraded versions if you are moving to a new OS such as from Windows 98 to Windows XP. What are your hours, when are you available? We accommodate our client’s service needs, and as such we do not keep a fixed schedule. We work when our clients need us! We are normally available from 10 AM to 6 PM through the week, but that does not mean that you cannot get service outside those hours. It is normal for us to work evenings and weekends, as many of our services require access to the machines when people are not using them. Tell us what you need, and we will make arrangements with you!
